Understand your order

Clear choices. Clear responsibilities.

These conditions explain the account, configuration and payment journey, alongside the responsibilities that come with administering your own server.

Account access

A username and password are required to save an order in your account; email is optional. Use an original password and keep credentials private. Only submit an SSH public key when configuring a server.

You are responsible for actions performed through your account and for the applications you administer. Keep your password and order reference in a secure place. Do not assume that an omitted email address provides an email-based account recovery route.

Plans and billing periods

The catalogue displays plan resources and prices in USD. Choose monthly or annual billing and review the full amount for the selected period. A monthly equivalent shown for an annual plan is not a monthly debit; the annual amount is due for the annual period.

The payment page specifies the cryptocurrency, network and quoted amount for the order. A saved configuration or balance top-up request is not itself proof of payment. The website does not store a bank card or authorize recurring card charges.

Crypto payment instructions

Check the network, destination address, exact amount and quote expiry before sending. USDT on Tron and USDT on Ethereum are different payment methods. Send the quoted asset on the network displayed for the invoice.

A quote is valid for 25 minutes. If it expires before you send funds, obtain a fresh quote. Do not repeat a transfer merely because confirmation is not yet visible; use the order reference to check the status and raise a question if needed.

A transfer receipt from a wallet does not by itself mean the order has been reconciled. Payment status must come from verified payment information. A paid status and server availability are separate events; the website does not currently perform automatic server provisioning.

Server administration and continuity

The selected plan defines the intended resource allocation. Operate your applications within that allocation and the acceptable-use rules. Root access requires you to secure your own software, manage keys, apply updates and keep independent backups.

No quantified uptime commitment, response-time guarantee or service-credit schedule is established on this page. A location in a selector does not independently prove current capacity at that location. Confirm any essential technical or service requirement before relying on it.

Orders, disputes and refunds

Keep the order reference, invoice details and transaction identifier. For an incorrect amount, delayed payment status or refund question, write to [email protected] and describe the issue without exposing wallet secrets.

A first monthly server order is eligible for a full refund requested within 7 calendar days after server activation. A service that cannot be supplied is also eligible for a full refund. Read the refund policy for other situations, return amounts and processing times. Mandatory rights that apply to a transaction are not waived merely because payment uses cryptocurrency.

Operator and applicable rules

The operator is SilentVPS, based in the United States. The official contact for account, payment and contractual questions is [email protected]. These conditions apply alongside the privacy, acceptable-use and refund policies linked below.

Mandatory rules applicable to the customer and transaction remain in force. These conditions do not impose an exclusive state court, compulsory arbitration or a waiver of statutory consumer rights. Information such as taxes, availability and delivery requirements must be resolved for the specific order rather than inferred from a catalogue location.
